"I am a first time customer who scheduled online as directed and pre-paid by credit card. I arrived 30 minutes early and everything was dark and locked up. I sat in my car and as it got close to my appointment time I called but the phone just rang and rang then hung up with no option to leave a message. I stood outside and rang the doorbell multiple times with no abswer. My appointment time came and went and no one showed up. This was a horrible experience and it appears I have no redress since Ha-Ya is not answering their phone."
