"Office personnel very friendly and knowledgeable, very efficient with prompt service. Jim is completely knowledgeable and compassionate. One time our building lost power, I am on oxygen after 10 hours plus he saw I was struggling. At 3am FPL needed cars moved to get transformer to be put in otherwise it would be at least 3 more hours. Jim didn’t hesitate an went straight to work. Probably saved me trip to hospital. Highly recommended don’t hesitate to call.Top notch service with fair prices ."

"If you don't have time to read the paragraphs below about my great experience with Black Dog Towing....CALL THEM! THEY ARE AMAZING PROFESSIONAL REASONABLE AND PROMPT!! This is my first ever google review. The service was THAT GOOD. I had an amazing experience with Black Dog Towing! My truck battery died in the garage an hour before I needed to be at work. I called Black Dog towing and Jim answered on the first ring and said he would send Michael (who was helping another stranded driver on I-75) within the hour. Only 30 minutes later and Michael was at the house charging my battery. Micheal was beyond professional and so friendly. They didn't charge me nearly enough for the battery charge.... Fast forward to 6:30PM when I was trying to get home after my retail shift and the battery had died again....in my work parking lot! Ugghhh. So I called Jim again and he immediately picked up and said that I should head home and "relax" because he was sending Michael over immediately to tow the car to a repair shop to determine if the issue was the battery or something else. Found I needed a new battery, replaced it and then towed the car to my house. This all happened within an hour and a half. So Jim and the driver Michael took care of me for nearly 12 hours between the morning and evening. Again beyond kind and professional. Completely grateful to them for taking such good care of me."

"These guys were my ANGELS! Jim (the owner) and Michael both had to come and get me out of a strong pickel. They showed up in no time and gave me there all to extract my car. Best part about it...no damage to my vehicle! These guys are AMAZING, QUICK, PROFESSIONAL and they make you feel from the start that everything is going to be ok from the welcoming hugs to the laughs and small talk!
