"I was considering purchasing a manufactured home here, but the four that I looked at were all small and poorly-maintained. The park residents don't appear to be that friendly. The streets are very narrow; the whole place felt very congested."

"Very nice mobile home park for 55 and older. Visited a relative there and I Enjoyed walking around the park and their perimeter sidewalk and everyone that lived there were very friendly. The only one thing that I disagree with there and don't understand is that on one side of the street homeowners can have dogs and On the other side they cannot. It should be all can have dogs or no one can have dogs, this rule is Utterly ridiculous!!!!"
