"My sister and I were in tonight at approximately 10:20 p.m on 08/06/24 gétting wine. The older cashier was not friendly and was rude when we asked her a question.. She may be a reliable employee working the night shift, but please train her on customer service and how to treat a customer with respect if they want to come back."

"Staff are super cool and awesome to talk to, i dont know what happened recently but all of the cool, super healthy, or 7/11 original stuff is basically gone from the shelves, its not the staffs fault at all its just that 7/11 hasn't been getting its deliveries like it used to or carry a lot of the stuff they used to at this specific station. Place doesnt get enough egg salad sandwiches."

"I often stop by this store on my way to work at FSW. It never fails that Julian is always pleasant and eager to make his customers feel appreciated. Thanks Julian for exemplifying noteworthy customer service. We will continue to return!"

"I need the manager to get in touch with me. I have called this store with the number listed on their website, and Google listing, 8 times today with no answer. This 7/11 has employees who decide that it is acceptable to comment on another persons physical appearance. Imagine coming in to purchase an item, show your ID, and have the cashier comment negatively on your physical appearance, stating “you look better in your photo” with other customers near by hearing this. Understand that this happened today, June 24th 2023 around 6:10pm-6:20pm. I will be continuing to reach out repeatedly until I hear back from someone. This is unacceptable."

"I am very upset and just blown away how an employee can talk to customers any kind of way. I have worked for 7-11 in the past and would never even think about speaking to a customer the way I was spoken too for the last 3 nights. The older lady that works the midnight shift is not a nice person and maybe has issues of her own. She has been very rude asking me what do you want. I bought my scratch offs and asked to get a coffee and was asked to come back later. This happened after I had to wait for 25 minutes to even get into a 24 hour store. I worked the same shift and I never locked my door only for the bathroom. I have had this problem for 3 days and I think it's ridiculous. I think that this lady is not representing 7-11 in a positive manner and if she does not like her job and the people around her then she should let someone else have the job who would be ever so grateful for it and would take pride in what they are doing? Also she smelled of alcohol. I was under the impression that store is open 24 hours it has and is never closed any other night just when she works. I really push for something to be done . If more than one person is complaining about the same thing with the same person there must be an issue. Thank you for your time."
