"Tradewinds is is reduced to friends and family only for builds, or at least that's what I was told by another business I had intended to hire that was close with the owner. Weeks ago, at their request, I did send off my blueprints and details of the build for a quote, but I haven't heard back since. I'm assuming that they aren't interested however it would have been nice as well as professional to get a text or call indicating that. It's a busy time for builders, I get it, but you aren't off to a good start as a client when there's no communication w/ a builder. It sets a bad precedent and for me personally, it's a red flag."
