"If you want a professional paint job this is NOT the man to use. He claims to be a painter but it is the worse I have ever seen. Called him about issues I had with his painting, said he would meet me at my house. Never should up and won't return my calls. If he has any handyman skills I have not seen them. DO Not use this man, he will rip you off!!!"

"Well I gave Doug a chance to redeem the integrity of his business and he didn't follow through. He did work on my house through my property management company in my absence. When I pulled up to the property I was shocked to see that my $400 light fixture was replaced with a $40 light from Lowes and the fixture was nowhere on the property. To top it off....it didn't even work!!!! I called the management company to find out that they no longer use him due to client complaints. I contacted him and politely explained the situation and asked him to figure out what happened to my light. He said they probably threw it out. I do not believe anyone would've thrown out this beautiful light. Of course he never got back with me! I called twice and mentioned that if he came out and made the light at least work, I would let it go. No response. Then during a termite inspection it was called to my attention that I have a leak under the house at the toilet. This was also supposedly "repaired" by Doug. Now I have wood rot, leaking toilet, and crappy broken front door light. Feeling cheated by a dishonest person! I'll give him one more week to contact me before I contact the BBB and post on Facebook! Pensacola is too small to live down a bad reputation!"
