"Probably the most dishonest and unethical people I have ever come across. UPDATE: Eric Heseman was AGAIN brought before the Escambia County Contractor Competency Board on 12/5/18 for disciplinary action. (At least 3rd time he has faced disciplinary action in 3 years). He was charged with numerous violations, fined and placed on 3 years probation with revocation of his license if he should come before the board for probable cause within the year. Anyone considering using this builder should first speak with the investigators at the Escambia County Contractor Competency Board as they are all very familiar with the checkered past of Heseman. Although it is my personal opinion and experience that Heseman Builders are completely bereft of ethics and that they lack competence as a builder/designer, they are very creative in fabricating stories making themselves out to be a victim.
