"Buyer beware! This company will NOT service your roof if it is damaged during warranty. They insist that they will have someone come out to take a look, then never reach back out. My sister has waited months for shingle repair and still hasn’t had her roof fixed by this scam of a company. I am having to leave this review on her behalf because they had her own review removed. Please, save yourself a headache and use a different company for your roofing needs."

"* *our other reviews have been deleted** We had a new roof put on by Elevate Roofing back in spring of 2023 and over the summer a few shingles blew off in a storm. We have been trying to get them to come out and fix our roof for almost 6 months now and they are doing nothing about it. We are told we cannot fix it ourselves or the warranty will be violated, however they refuse to come fix it. Emails are ignored and calls are not answered. Absolutely unacceptable."

"The roof is two years old, leaking. I will add pictures in a bit. Elevate has sent out 2 different roofing companies to fix as it’s under warranty. The first company Johnson Roofing told us roof was installed improperly and would have to be replaced. After several calls to Johnson, they informed us they were no longer doing warranty work for Elevate. Second company they sent out said it could be repaired, we have not heard back from them. Elevate gives us the run around. Elevate dies not return our calls. I will add pictures this afternoon when I am at the property!"

"On August 16, 2020 my home was struck by lightning and caught fire. Elevate roofing had men on my roof right after the firetrucks put the fire out. The framed up the 15 by 20 ft hole and covered it with plywood and a protective covering over the plywood. These men went over and above getting that massive hole covered while it was still raining to help prevent further damage to the inside of our home. Elevate Roofing and Exteriors are also state certified General contractors and State certified roofers so they are handling the rebuild of our home. We had over 1/2 a million in damages and we are very happy we chose Elevate Roofing and Exteriors. The owner of the company is a man of integrity and stands by his word and you can clearly see his business ethics is practiced by all the men and women who work for him. Also be sure to ask them about their warranties that is another reason we chose them. Their warranties are the best in the industry.
