"Daniel was my sales man. He showed up on time, crawled around under the house, took readings, and promptly sent my quote. I asked for 3 different quotes because there were different things going on only 1 of which was a current issue. He did advise that I didn't need to fix all 3 issues because the other 2 weren't real problems yet and would be a while before they might be. I had follow up questions and replied promptly even when he was on vacation. The only downside is that I truly did not understand the full scope of the work. I went ahead and got everything done instead of waiting. The only downside was that I was not 100% clear on the work involved for what I was quoted but I did not know what I did not know. The day of work starting David, Bobby, and Bryce showed up on time and ready to go. I asked them to go over the work to be completed and got a full understanding and realized I did have some expectations that were not included. They got to work, were on site for 6 hours, let me bother them while they were working to ask questions, showed me pictures of all the work they completed, were concerned about damaging my sidewalk when I told them they could go into the backyard closer to the access are for the house, and when they could not get to one area of the house they immediately let me know that they will be calling the office to remove that part from the scope of work and removed $1200 worth of work that could not be completed. Overall I had a great experience and have recommended them to a couple of people already. The only feedback is to treat customers like they know nothing (because most of the time we don't) and make sure there is a thorough explanation of the work. My misunderstanding had to to with the terminology involved. Everything worked out great and I am very happy with everything."
