"COMMUNICATION, what does it take to let someone know you can’t make it when you say you will, what does it take to let someone know your coming, and when you get there and the person who didn’t know you were coming isn’t home when you get there, when the phone roles to voice mail what does it take to leave a voice mail, this is why the low rating. If a voice mail had been left I would have continued to try to work with them. My time is important to. My concern is if he says he will be there Thursday, and can’t make, will he let me know or expect I will sit there and wait till he is ready and not contact me. Again COMMUNICATION"
