"Very unprofessional. This man will give you an un realistic time frame for your project and then will rush through it at the end to try and finish. If you use them as a contractor you will have to call them back multiple times to fix things that should have been done the right way the first time. Every homeowner I have came in contact with that has used cvc construction has been discusted by the end of the project and I just had to go fix a set of steps for a homeowner in Gulf breeze fl. and their house was finished 2 years ago. Waterproof porches leaking downstairs, you can see through the siding from the inside of one job I was on for him and I am told to cover the wall with sheetrock because the homeowners were supposed to be moved in a month ago and there's no time to do it right at this stage. Sheetrockers will not come back and finish because of poor planning. So if you wanna get the run around, and have your project thrown together by a bunch of people that can't speak fluent English, Carl is your guy. I have photos to back up my gripes and are readily available for those that wish to see."
"I was contacted to submit bids for several custom homes. My company did so in a very professional manner. After not being awarded any of the projects, we tried to contact their office to only ask how far off we were. They proceeded to not return phone calls, hang up on us and when we did speak, it was in a very unprofessional manner. We are glad that we did not get involved with their company for any project that would last any duration."
