"James and his team had to completely remove all of the popcorn, paint, and add orange lace to our ceiling across our entire house including the garage. To say the least, this was a big job. His prices were fair and reasonable. The entire team was professional, reliable and showed up on time and at the time they said they would arrive. My ceilings look better than ever in our slightly older home,and even repaired a hole in the wall of one of our kids bedrooms because he wanted it to look good. He takes pride in his work and it shows. It is very rare that any contractor shows up when they say, does an excellent job, and maintains the original quote given. In other words.. call him! You will not regret it!"

"Don't even consider! James (sometimes he goes by William) takes your money, makes it look like they're making progress, wants more money. You point out what needs to be fixed, he says he knows, they'll fix it. They continue, more money and more things to be fixed. They're extremely messy (and don't clean up), break things, doesn't prep and uses the cheapest quality products. Bad work is pointed out and continued to be told it'll be fixed. I have pictures. Once he realizes he's not getting any more money, he quits the job. He received 75+% of the agreed price and didn't even start over 1/3 of the job. And refuses to refund any of the money or compensation for broken things! EVERYTHING he did has to be redone, as stated independently by other contractors. I've also spoken with other people who are familiar with their practices. Unfortunately, I found out after he got $1000s from me."
