"Mike came out to do reglaze my walk in shower at my home as scheduled. Did a rushed job. Did no prep work ( didn’t scrape off old paint, no acid wash, poor sanding). Paint runs everywhere, bubbling,. Mike said to call him in a fews days and now he won’t answer the phone or return calls or text messages. Now I have to hire someone else to do the job. Please don’t use this company Bath Masters. This guy is a liar."

"Mike came out to repaint a bathtub in Niceville, Florida to another color, there was nothing wrong with this bathtub, and just needed the color changed for a bathroom remodel. When the job was completed he left multiple runs in the bottom of the tub, and holes in the side were not finished. Since we already paid him, he would not come back and fix his work and avoided our calls when we tried to recontact him. We had to hire another company to come in and fix his work. Unprofessional and DOES NOT stand behind his work"
