"Worst 7 eleven to get coffee at in the morning. They either have NO coffee made or it's cold. I will go out of my way to go to another location. If I could give them zero Stars I would."
"The extra large black cashier listening to disgusting and vulgar music that was extremely loud had me yelling to get cigarettes. Does 711 allow cashiers to wear spandex shorts? She doesn't make 711 look very reputable."
"I work Uber on 3rd shift. So I find myself stopping to get gas, snacks and occasionally use the bathroom. Apparently, my 16,000+ accumulated 7-Eleven points for spending money at 7-Eleven doesn't allow me to use the bathroom at this location past 9:00. Guess I will have to look into Circle-K. So disappointed"
"It’s been awhile since I’ve stopped here, and now I know it will be my last. I don’t know what happened since my last visit almost 2 years ago but this store is failing. 1. Roller grill was dirty and over full 2. The condiment bar was not stocked 3. Sodas coming from the soda fountain was watered down. 4. I was most definitely felt not welcomed in this store. I know for a fact, as a former employee and vendor to 7-11, this is NOT how a 7-11 should look and feel."
"I've never been in a 7 Eleven with such terrible customer service. I couldn't locate forks, spoons, etc, I went to the 2 cashiers and said excuse me Ma'am. #1: I was ignored until they were done talking. #2: The younger one was extremely rude. I have no clue what she called me but it certainly wasn't yes Ma'am, how can I help you. I suggested that saying yes Ma'am would be more appropriate. The response I received, I really wish there had been a manager available. The other cashier was brand new and older like myself and the look on her face was a look of shock that a customer would be spoken to so rudely. I won't EVER go to that store again. Disgraceful that people like that young lady has a job."
