"Avoid at all costs!!! The station has not been working for months and the phone number to call does not help you. If you continue to try making it work for too long, there can be an error that causes the charging port to become stuck."
"This charger showed that both plugs were online and available. The screen showed the same, but the connection faulted multiple times. After a call to the support number was told that a service ticket was in process due to repeated failed charge attempts. The service rep was unable to take the station out of service or change the status on the screen. Frustrating to have wasted time and then to have been redirected to the nearby station where we felt taken advantage of by the exorbitant rate and slow speed."
