"The car was very dirty. There was a blue-green layer on the steering wheel which looked like something similar to mold. I have used the Clorox wipe provided to clean it, but it wouldn’t come off completely. The rest of the car was dirty too, especially the driver’s seat area. The car also has a strong vibration while driving it on the highway. I was told I will get an upgrade, but it felt like you guys wanted to get rid of it since I have dropped in on the other coast of Florida."
"Naples Pine Ridge Enterprise picked me up at GERMAIN Honda while my car was in the shop and returned me back when finished. Reasonable rates and great car. Shout out to Dulce who was very personable and did a great job of making the car rental process easy."
"At the point of returning the vehicle, there were no other customers in the office and neither of the two representatives were on the phone. They were in a conversation between themselves. I was in a hurry as I explained I had a car waiting to pick me up. I advised that the wiper blades were probably due for a change. Asked if I could accept an email receipt, I agreed as it seems simple enough. Less than an hour later, the agent calls stating they are investigating putting in a claim against me because the rear hatch of the vehicle wouldn't open, which I had never opened or had a need to use. Notice the photo of of the dash with the starting mileage AND the "Rear Door Allert is Activated" message. This is the starting mileage of the rental. Not knowing the vehicle, I assume the issue was related to this alert. Hours after the threat to file a claim against me and after they got a copy of the photo below, I get a call stating they figured out how to open the rear door. My advice, take a lot of photos of the vehicle before driving off of their rental lot. You might need them later."
"THIRD UPDATE: Josh at this location deserves a big kudos. He’s the only person I’ve spoken with in the last 48 hours who seemed to truly care about the situation and work with me to fix it. We are getting the new rental shortly. I also finally got an update from the review responder regarding escalation. Please make sure you give a thank you to Josh. Enterprise needs more managers like him! It’s for him alone that I’m increasing the review from 1 star to 3. I won’t go higher because the location still rented a car with a cockroach problem. SECOND UPDATE: Spent a collective 45 minutes on hold trying to talk to someone at this location today. I did speak to the manager first thing who directed me to roadside assistance to swap the cars, only to have roadside assistance tell me they “sent an email to the local location so they can help me further”. I haven’t heard back nor can I get anyone to answer the phone now. I still have the roach car and no eta when we will have the new one. This is a serious inconvenience for multiple drop off and pickups between work and school. I also emailed the review responder with no response yet…. UPDATE: this car is completely infested. More baby roaches everywhere. Enterprise you can come pick up this car bc we will NOT be driving it. If any of these get into my home, please be prepared to foot the pest control bill. DISGUSTING!!!!! Got a rental here last week while my husband’s car is being fixed. I hadn't ridden in it and he was only driving it to and from work, but I found a German cockroach egg on the floor and a live baby crawling on the seat today. I tried to call before they closed today, and no one picked up after 20 minutes on hold on the phone so we can get a different car. This is disgusting and unacceptable."
"Two back to back disaster rentals with Enterprise. First rental: I had reserved a mid-sized SUV. When I arrived, the agent had no idea if there were any vehicles available at all. She roamed the lot a bit, with a key remote in her hand. Finally found the vehicle she was looking for, realizing the key remote was dead. So I got the only vehicle available, a just returned minivan. Great, I thought, a plug in hybrid. But Enterprise had disabled the plug in battery, it was and remained at "
