"Somebody broke my mirror and I choose this dealer, thinking that will be my best experience or my best option totally wrong. I had the worst experience ever nine days later they haven’t been able to finish my mirror because the body chop haven’t get it done to the back cover painting I made a complaint and the best way to resolve. My problem is to put back my scratch damage cover and because was paid by the other insurance they won’t have the refund back to me as a matter fact, they said they won’t have no refund at all because they consider I did not pay for the damage when it was my truck that was damage and that was a compensation of the damage to my truck so just because the check doesn’t say it came for me they considered that I did not pay them and they will not have any refund down Basically they will just take the money. Or literally stolen . Be careful with this dealer they charge $250 for 12 inches of plastic from black to white completely rip off and they want to blame the body shop, which is the body shop that works for them to send their work to them very unprofessional, and then the service manager trend me that I won’t have no mirror at all if I have my lawyer call him because all the time wasted, and all the money I lost been auto service paying hotel and food out of paquete I will also reporting to the BBB"

"I had very bad experience with this dealership. I came all the way from Michigan to purchase the truck that was listed on their website. My contact person was Jose T. and after we did documents i flew my driver down to pickup the truck and driver reported to me that they are some damages on the truck that i was not aware of those. Jose T. told me to take it somewhere and fix it and that he will reimburse me for it. it has been 4 and half months and still dint receive any money for those damages. They start ignoring now my massages. Be aware of these kind of situations when you buying from them!"
