"After someone hitting my car, their insurance covered for me to get a rental while mine was being fixed. I first did not receive car big enough requested(May have been insurance company’s fault).Received a bigger vehicle after having the vehicle for a few days, received a phone call from enterprise that they needed to swap out our cars and it was not going to be the same size. We said we need a big enough car for multiple different reasons. They said the former people that had our car left something in it and we said we Able to let them come and search through it. We don’t like to make changes for our special needs son who has a hard time with change. So a representative came to come and look through the car and then proceeded to tell us that the people believed they left a fire arm hidden in the car. I couldn’t believe it I said, take this car immediately away.. I let them know of the new car we needed to have replaced. I couldn’t believe that. They didn’t tell us that from the gecko, I have a special needs child that has no idea what a gun looks like and the dangers of it! They couldn’t find us a comparable car and said we’ll just returning to the original, for we look through it and didn’t find anything I was in shock and said no!!"
