"I had a deeply disappointing experience at the Highlands Ranch location (5818 County Line Pl, Highlands Ranch, CO). On July 25th, 2024, I called with concerns about my rental vehicle. My first call was abruptly disconnected. When I called back, Taylor, the branch manager, was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful, refusing to escalate my issue or provide a solution. The assistant manager, Brett, was professional, but the initial interaction with Taylor was unacceptable. The vehicle I was given was dirty, with dog hair throughout, and it drove unsafely. I reached out to Brittany, the area manager, but never received a response or acknowledgment. I expect better from Enterprise and urge this location to improve its customer service and vehicle standards."

"I went to the location on County Line Road in Spring Hill/Hudson location. Enterprise was good, keeping me informed and/or updated concerning how many days I had left on my insurance while my car was being repaired at Mike's Body and Repair. Mike's, on the other hand, is a different story. Though the repairs by the techs were A+, the communication with the office was horrible. #mikesautobodyandrepair"

"Do not rent from this enterprise. I was in a car accident a couple of weeks ago and the insurance set me up with the rental. My car ended up being totaled so I wanted to keep the rental for a little while longer and informed them of that. All was good until the following week when they tell me the payment never went through. I contact my bank to find out why & they informed me there was fraudulent activity on my account so I had to have my debit card shut down and ordered a new one. I informed them of this and let them know as soon as I got my card I would contact them to update payment. When I tell you they harassed me and my grandma multiple days in a row about this $150 payment that I already told them I was going to make. I spoke with them yesterday and told them that I was waiting on my husband to get home from work so I would have a ride home and not be stranded at enterprise with my 1 yr old son. I even asked if they could have someone come pick up the vehicle and they said no they could not. So this morning, I call multiple times. Taylor (the branch manager) had me on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up and texted to let them know we’d be heading that way shortly to drop off the vehicle. As I am walking out the door to leave there is a tow truck in my driveway taking the car without even warning me!!!! They took a $300 deposit from me and act as if that meant nothing.. Taylor the branch manager was honestly so condescending and not understanding at all, I offered to pay cash, send a check, ach, etc all of which were declined. They don’t care about their customers at all!! Honestly disgusting way to do business"
