I was informed that I needed to get an alignment, and new front wiper blades, both of which I declined, for different reasons, including time constraints. The staff were friendly, and helpful, but never pushy, which I respected. The service was performed in a timely manner."

"The service staff are excellent. However, the process is not good. When I called for an appointment, I was told the next available was a week away. I scheduled that, but when I showed up (on time), I was told it would be at least another day before my car would even be looked at. Once someone finally looked at it, the repairs were quick and reasonably priced. However, when someone has an appointment, the vehicle should be looked shortly after it is brought in, not the next day. I understand they are very busy, but they need to add extra staff, a second shift or something. I won't be going back."
