"Hunter was great! 10/10 recommend! I originally sent a message about a 4Runner I found on CarFax thinking nothing would come of it since that’s been the case in the past with other dealerships. But he texted the next day and was super helpful. We actually live in Orlando over 2 hours away. We talked about my trade and negotiated the payment. I was hesitant as we have a 2yo and had no one to watch her for us to go so she had to come with us. He was understanding and assured that there would be no surprises once we drove all that way. We got there and it was already parked out front, we put the car seat in, I test drove it, my husband test drove it, we got back inside and as I signed paperwork, Hunter helped my husband move things over to the new 4Runner and put the tag on. "After I had completed my purchase, and was about to take possession of the vehicle, a gentleman named Robo escorted me to the Ford F 150 (used) and gave me a thorough tour of all the features, many of which were unknown to me. I was very impressed with his thoroughness and professionalism, I was very pleased with how this dealership handled my transaction. Happy to recommend this dealership. Management was also easy to deal with. They offered me a fair price for my trade. Follow up to my last review this one dated March 28 2024. I love my truck but ran into an issue with the catalytic converter, which can be very expensive, something in the area of $2,000. The used car manager, Mr. Bob Wilkinson, stepped up and authorized replacement at no cost to me. No haggling or questions, just did the right thing. I have changed my rating to a five star for this dealership."
