"In the 7 years since I started renting from this Enterprise I've never had an issue with staff. They have always been good to me. The vehicles on the other hand have usually been a disappointment, but the staff have always corrected any issues, even if I needed to drive to the airport location to exchange the vehicle. Only one out of 5 (not including my current one) didn't need to be exchanged. The previous time I rented was 4 years ago. Had the car for about a week. They provided pick-up service for me to their store on my rental day. When I returned the car a week later and needed a ride home, they told me they don't provide that service anymore. Great, if I had known that I would have made arrangements for someone to get me before returning the car. I didn't have my phone with me to call someone so I ended up walking the 5-6 miles home. I recently reserved an SUV to be picked up in the afternoon as I needed to be on the road before daylight the next morning. I had a bad feeling about this SUV and should have refused it during the walk around (I won't go into detail), but I didn't listen to my intuition as I was tired and wanted to get out of there as I still had too many things I still needed to finish up. The biggest thing I hate while driving, which I discovered 2 hours into my trip as soon as the morning sun hit the windshield. The windshield had a hazy film on the inside which made seeing difficult. I didn't notice it when I picked up the SUV because the sun was more overhead or I would have went back and made them clean it. There were other little annoyances/things that I discovered during my trip that made me wonder if they even prepped the SUV before renting it to me. At least there wasn't an awful cigarette smoke smell as soon as I turned on the A/C. I would have taken my car but it has 2 seats and there were 3 of us. 6 hours riding in the trunk would have been very uncomfortable for that unlucky person. This was my 7 year, 6 car renting frustration ventilation review. I'll probably rent from Enterprise again next time."

"No information given walk 3 miles to get a rental car. Go through the whole entire process and as they're about to scan my card. Oh, you need a chip debit card. We don't take any debit cards without the chips. So I walk back home 3 miles. Do not recommend going to this place."

"The associates that worked in this particular enterprise was very helpful and courteous. we did have an issue with the first car we rented however I called and informed the associate of what the problem was, and he traded out the vehicle as soon as possible to help us out and to satisfy our needs. Overall, the experience was very pleasant."

"Needed a car for one month after out vehicle was totaled in an accident. Our insurance covered rental for an inexpensive car. The staff at the New Port Richey, FL location was great and checked in on us regularly, especially Eric! Great job and look forward to our next rental next month for vacation!"
