"Last night I went to this auto zone location because my truck kept dying and I had to get a new battery. Doug was the one who helped me above and beyond anyone would expect! He was so educational and professional, I’m not a car savvy kind of guy and he taught me and showed me everything as he did it. He was amazing!! I felt terrible I guess they closed at 9pm and we were almost done so he went in and clocked out and helped me finish even after the light we’re off and the building was closed for the night.
