Maus Nissan of New Port Richey

"To start, the harassing text messages from the sales team that I opted out of after a day of communicating with 3 different people. Not one respected or acknowledged my request to stop receiving messages. I went to get my oil change here and have an air filter replaced since there was a "deal" for the oil change that week. A routine oil change took 3 hours of sales tactics to keep me occupied. I came here after work and didn't expect to be home more than an hour after this. Mind you I left early to get here. The worst part of this entire experience, I just got my oil changed from a PROFESSIONAL company unlike this establishment that showed me how Maus Nissan SHOVED the air filter into my car making me lose air flow and nearly killed my engine. The longevity of my car was compromised now and I will never come here again for any type of service. I love Nissan, but this establishment is extremely unprofessional, inexperienced or, hate to say it but trying to cause damage to peoples vehicles so they, in hopes have to buy another car. If I could rate negative stars, I would. After seeing the way the air filter came out of my car, the person who showed it to me said whoever did this either didn't know what they were doing, or were trying to ruin your vehicle. I would have never known until the filter was shown to me and explained how badly it could have damaged my vehicle write a review like this, but Maus deliberately negelected and caused issues with my car. Stay away from this place."

"I called and scheduled an appointment for an oil change. Got to my appointment at 10:00 and the guy was walking around my car telling me everything I needed, one being a tire alignment. I just had a tire alignment at Maus Nissan the last time I was in for an oil change. I swear these people think women are dumb. I told him I had an appointment at 1:45 and needed to leave by 1:00. That should have been PLENTY of time to get my oil changed. After 2 1/2 hours I went to check to see if my car was almost done and they hadn't even started on it!! What is the point of making an appointment if they don't start your service at or around your appointment time? I had to leave without my car being serviced after sitting there for 2 1/2 hours, when I could have been doing other things. If they don't have the staff to be getting all these cars in and out in a timely manner then they shouldn't be taking on so many appointments. Tell people they need to wait until you have time available!!"

"I visited the dealership today for an oil change and recall notices. Ryan Walters was my service advisor. Ryan did an excellent job explaining results of 21 point inspection and offered several options for future needed repairs. Ryan also went above and beyond to contact my extended warranty company to have an issue fixed under my plan and saved me 1700 dollars! This was my first visit and i was definitely pleased by Ryan and the staff here. will definitely be back."
