"So disappointed! Hyundai had my car from Friday to Tuesday for an oil change, diagnostic because I wasn't sure why the oil light was coming on, and tire rotation. I expressed that I was not concerned about the length of time as long as I had it back for work . Said several times, I need it back on Sunday afternoon. I verified Sunday as a cut-off. Well no contact no call. I finally called on Sunday to be told that it had not been looked at. I had to bum a ride for 2 days, Monday and Tuesday because I was not informed that diagnostic does not occur on Saturday or Sunday. Yet, the service area was operating those days. Shocker, after several calls, texts to the advisor completely different story. I know what I was told. Another shocker, went to pick the car up on Tuesday afternoon, totally different person. Who I spoke to to check in my car was not the advisor. So much miscommunication!! Last shocker, no discount for several days without my car. Several points of miscommunication. The advisor that finally spoke to did not seem to understand why I was upset and why my trust was blemished . . It cost me $85.58 for 4 days of no car plus $19.23 for 2 fob batteries.. Money is not the issue. The issues are lack of communication, effort, consistency, and care. I have owned Hyundai cars since college(more than 5 cars..over 30 years with Hyundai )."
"AJ was our person there, and he was awesome! Everybody at Hyundai is great, but he was especially so. Explained everything patiently, very personable too. We’ve been there a number of times but not since they began doing some renovation, it’s not bad but he helped point out where things were, such as the vending machines, if their location had changed. Pleasant, customer-service above and beyond - thanks AJ. You made our experience that much better!"
"I had an appointment for routine maintenance and oil change. My customer service rep. Was A.J. He bent over backwards to accommodate me. He made sure everything was done accordingly and when it was ready, since I use a cane and not real steady walking far, he had my car brought to the front and walked me to my car to be sure I was safely in it. All in all, I couldn't ask for better service. Thank you."
"When I arrived at Hyundai I was told there would be a long wait. So I told the young man let me speak to my advisor Sean Koch. Sean went above and beyond to accommodate me. He advised me he would get me out quickly for just an oil change. He makes the service quick and easy. It is a pleasure working with him."
"The staff is friendly and helpful and courteous. They have complimentary transportation to their location and to wherever you are going. That service is quick as well as them. They did a great job servicing my car and it runs like new. I love using the new port richey location and have for the last ten years. Wouldn't go anywhere else."
