"Horrible customer service, called for a quote to have a new muffler welded on and the man who answered the phone told me “it’s illegal to cut off a part” I replied it was just the muffler. He then oroceeded to tell me that I should just bring it in for the work, then told me it would be “$1.97 he’ll I don’t know man” horrible. You should be more professional. 0/10 would not recommend"

"The absolute rudest person I have ever talked to. The worst phone conversation EVER. Very impolite, very rude and became argumentative way before I was even able to explain to him what I needed done. Wouldn’t give this guy a penny of my money."

We had a difficult repair done on the exhaust system of my Saturn, and when a worn engine mount caused the weld to fail, he repaired it at no cost, then connected me with a local mechanic to have the mount replaced, for a heck of a lot less than a name brand place. We simply won't go anywhere else to have our exhaust system worked on."
