"Amazing Service and nice overhaul of the store plus I remember one time I got a free polar pop for basically no reason. So it was nice to the guy who did that at the register. Even someone paid for my cereal here! I love this place as since I moved into a house directly next to it! Bathrooms clean and usually is not out of things. Only concern is how busy this place can get. It’s at least once a day the whole lot is filled with a few minute wait for the register and gas."

"I never write reviews but I am baffled at how rude customer service can be. If you need a card reload please do not go here, they have not been taught how to reload a card, clearly. I came yesterday at 9pm to put cash in my chime and the girl at the register at the time told me she didn’t know how to do it for chime, only barcodes for cash app, and didnt want to attempt the chime; she was sweet about it so I said that’s okay! Have a good night. I am here next day exactly 24 hrs, guy at the register literally rolled his eyes and said word for word ‘ Oh my god man…. I dont know why yall come here when walgreens is right down the road.’ I stare at him disbelief and he repeated ‘Walgreens is right down the road!! I’m not doing it I dont wanna mess anything up’. I said okay no problem and just left. Atleast have some decency to be nice … ‘man’."

"Rude employee and gas pumps don't print receipts. I was in this store on 1/6/19 at 1:10pm to get gas. I pay at the pump. For the past few months, the pumps have not printed receipts. I went in to get my receipt (leaving the car at the pump which holds up the line outside) and there's a line inside with one guy doing all kinds of lottery transactions and only one cashier. So we wait and wait. When I get to the register I ask the cashier for a receipt on pump #2 then ask her if anyone is ever going to fix the printer. I got no response other than she repeated the dollar amount, printed the receipt and said have a nice day. I responded by saying thanks for answering my question and left. There was no apology from the clerk, no concern, nothing. After dealing with this for months, it seems to me that ownership has ZERO desire to fix the printers on the pumps and has no concern for my time or convenience. This may have been last visit there."

"Dear owner/manager: Your location could do LOTS more volume in fuel sales if you would discourage people from parking in front of the gas pumps. When I arrived, all of the parking spaces were empty, but both gas pumps were blocked by cars with nobody in them. Both drivers came out of the store after 5-10 minutes. Unfortunately, I had to block parking spaces to keep my place in line at the pumps while waiting for someone to move. (My tank is on the left, so had to pull up to pump from the store side, no room on the Spanish Trail side.) Several other people came to get gas but couldn't find a place to wait, so they LEFT. Goodbye money! Parking spaces are for shopping, gas pumps are for fueling. No problem for me, I can go somewhere else, just thought you'd like to consider a little friendly sign on the pumps."
