"I went to this car wash this morning (7/12/2024). I swiped my debit card for the touchless $8.00 drive-in wash which charged my card/account but nothing worked. Could not contact anyone for assistance. The owner should void out any/all debit/credit card transactions for today’s date."

"Every time I come to this car wash the hose connected to the brush is always broken. Sometimes you don't even pay attention to it. Whenever you're going up to put your money into the machine and then right when you start to rinse your car off and go to the brush you realized that the brush is broken. Whenever you try to call the owners on the number listed on the door, nobody never answers the phone or calls back when you leave a voicemail. Anybody that comes here make sure you check the hose. Make sure it's not disconnected from the brush before you put your money into the machine because nine times out of 10 you won't get it back or you won't get any calls back from the owners."
"I went to the automatic car wash on April 3, 2024. It took my card but the car wash was not working. Could not find a number to call the owners and I was charged for the wash. Seems like it’s down all the time anymore. The old owners used to keep it going. It was much better in the past."
"I spent $8 for the touchless wash, and it all of a sudden quit after covering my vehicle with soap. I had to pull into one of the other bays and spend another $2 to rinse it all off. I looked everywhere, and there was no phone number to call for assistance. I hope the owner sees this because they owe me at least $8 for the wash I never got thanks to their malfunctioning equipment. I do not want to run through it again, I would just be charged for it. I want my money refunded."
