"Everytime I visit this place , no matter if they have a long line , the employees always seem like they are having a good time working there . Not to many places I’ve gone to where the staff is happy and smiling and having a great time . My favorite thing to get is the mini dogs , the best thing on the menu . Keep doing what you’re doing ! And a big thank you to the girl with the bun , she works too damn hard ."

"Every time i go yo this location of Auntie Anne near JcPenney, the staff are always rude. They don’t smile, they are being a Karen all the time. Just today, an older woman was there 3/23/2024 11:50AM - i bought hotdog and pepperoni with the sauce and before I pay, i asked her if its okay to remove the salsa because i changed my mind and she became rude. I was nice to ask her but action was rude and mean."

"There is usually three reasons for a review, either. Wow, terrible or just because reviews. In this case for me is a terrible repeat. Not only when I get to the establishment at citrus Park in Tampa, Florida the attendance war speaking among them, so laughing, smiling, not acknowledging that I was standing in front of them after couple minutes, I get service from one of the attendant and I ordered my cup of hot dogs or pretzel hotdogs and I paid almost 9 dollars for it which I’m OK because I love the pretzel hotdogs last time I had them I fell in love so this time I was like I need to get them again, well, Why did I do that?, not only was the pretzel uncooked but the ones that were on top they looked appetizing but the ones underneath were burnt and uncooked and that is not acceptable. If people don’t wanna work, fine, don’t work, but don’t get customers sick just because you don’t want to work or you want to do things too fast or you just had enough of the job. Again this is not acceptable and I think this has decreased my view on how good their pretzel dogs are."

"Service was fine but worst cinnamon pretzel bites ever. Not like they used to be more like they dumped damp brown sugar on them. They were all clumped even the regular pretzels looked like they had clumps of brown sugar. The pretzels themselves tasted leftover from the previous day as well."
