"I had been stranded outside of my rental car for 3 hrs. First and foremost, the roadside customer service is the most unhelpful group of individuals. One told me to just go into the store and buy batteries for my fobs because they both must have gone dead at the same time. This was not a battery issue of any kind. They had no concern for getting me a tow truck or help of any kind. I even called a locksmith, myself, just to get in and gather my house keys and charger. Their locksmith did show up and he was truly amazing, but had nothing to do with Enterprise. Anyway, after 3 hrs, the locksmith disconnected the battery, connected it back and it worked enough for me to try to drive the car to the Airport, the only open agency by this time. The agent behind the counter was absolutely the laziest, most unprofessional agent in the airport. She wasn't at the counter when I arrived. Got on her cell phone, then told me they didn't have any vehicles. She said I could come back tomorrow, then got back on her phone. I had 2 choices, stay stranded at the airport overnight or drive the vehicle home while the engine was smoking. There was absolutely no effort made in trying to rectify the situation. I used to work for Avis and there was ALWAYS a solution. Customers came first, and unprofessionalism wasn't tolerated, nor was it how we represented ourselves or the company. The only reason I had to use Enterprise was because it was set up by my insurance while my vehicle was being repaired. If I were the manager at the Airport location, I would be looking for another employee....one who actually appreciates having a job. 1 star because 0 isn't an option."

"Fast service, vehicle still needed to be cleaned when we arrived at checkout counter. This was accomplished quickly. Vehicle (large SUV) was easy to drive, no problems. It was perfect inside, no rips, tears, or smells. Return was easy. I belong to the Enterprise club and like it."
