"We experienced a terrible car situation where both of our cars went out of service back-to-back on the week of July 4th, which left us without a car. We tried to contact every Enterprise-Rental within a 100-mile radius, but they didn't have any cars for either the day we called or the next day. Everyone told us that we do not have midsize cars and did not seem to care about our troubles. However, when I phoned the Enterprise on Q street, Branch Manager Cascy went into badass mode. He made sure we were taken care of by saving the day and coming through for us. He was sympathetic to our troubles, resulting in him getting us in a car the next day. This man requires a raise in pay and must train another Branch Manager. From now onwards, We will exclusively rent from Q street! Cascy, we want to express how grateful we are for saving the day!"

"The staff at the Pensacola office were very kind and helpful. They graciously upgraded us, which spared us trying to cram our luggage into a smaller car. The car was excellent and served us very well. We rented it as a one-way, and so dropped it off in Nashville, TN the next morning. I have only one complaint, which I mentioned to the staff there. When we picked the car up, the interior really smelled like the previous driver had used pot heavily in the car, and the smell remained very strong! Mixed with the cleaning chemicals and attempt to rid the smell, it actually made things worse with several of us feeling a bit sick from the lengthy drive. When mentioned, Enterprise gave us a further discount, for which I am very grateful. I'd gladly give them 5 stars, except for the smell in the car. Otherwise, we were very blessed. Thank you!"

"Oopsie! Just noticed as I was walking up to the car that something was missing from the rental I picked up at the Pensacola Q St location off Fairfield. All the wheels have a locker nut on them except this one, looks like someone forgot to put it back on. Apparently they do not follow the preventative maintenance schedules at this location either, since according to their tag they have in the vehicle, it is way way overdue. This is a potentially very dangerous oversight on the part of the people working at this location. Enterprise, you need to pay employees enough to care about their jobs and not get complacent or take shortcuts. Also take a look at the brake rotor grooves. UPDATE: got a response, they wanted me to bring it back to them. No way, this thing is not safe to drive I said, so they are at least bring another vehicle out to my location now, but sheesh, no telling how long this thing has been of or if any of the others are loose. The wheels staying on and the brakes in good working order is kind of among the minimal expectations on a rental car. FAIL Enterprise, FAIL!"

"The guy who helped me when I picked up the car was polite and professional. A great beginning. The car was out of this world. It was a 2024 Camry Hybrid. It was a blast to drive. I needed the car to take a friend to UAB Health in Birmingham to get surgery that couldn't be done locally. I may have used $30.00 worth of gas for the entire trip. I took the car back 2 days early (it was a week's rental). I was reimbursed just over $34.00. The guy who took it in gave me some story about how it was over the weekend and bringing it in only got me what amounted to the tax. I had to get back to the office, and I'm not missing the money, so I just left."
