"Jan Schueppert Our 60th Anniversary celebration with Leslie Adams was A+. She was great to work with and every thing was delicious. We had a family dinner with a mixture of family traditions and Leslie’s suggestions, beef tenderloin, salmon and large shrimp were all amazing as were the appetizers with the crab cakes and crab rangoons being the stars. All 17 were thrilled with Leslie and her crew Thank you for a great party and many memories."

"Leslie Adams prepared the most lovely and delicious meal for my family for our first evening in Captiva for my family. We had 6 adults and three children. Leslie and Rob set the scene and presented a 5 course dinner that was delectable. We were left satisfied and talking about which part of the meal was best. All parts were great. The kids loved their meals made just for them as well. I am aware Leslie can cater to large groups but for families renting a home Leslie can get your vacation off to a great start by settling in with a perfect meal. All aspects from set up, preparations, presentations, clean up and garbage take out are included. Highly recommended."

"While on vacation in Cape Coral, we had an evening with friends scheduled. Since going to a restaurant with 8 adults would not be a pleasant experience with all of the COVID restrictions, we decided to host from our home. As I wanted to enjoy the evening and not be stuck in the kitchen cooking, cleaning and serving food, I decided to reach out to Leslie for help. I had never engaged a personal chef before, so the experience was new to me entirely. Leslie proved to be the best choice I could have ever made...she is a true professional. She was able to competently guide me through the menu selection process patiently (her menu is extensive and it all looks and sounds delicious). Leslie offers a full menu, including hors d'oeuvres, soups, entrees and desserts. Upon her arrival at our home, Leslie quietly and efficiently found her way around my kitchen, had everything prepared and engaged her amazing assistant Janet to serve wine for our arriving guests. The food, starting with hors d'oeuvres was divine. It all tasted lovely, our guests were so happy and we were able to enjoy the evening focusing on our company rather than me having to cook. The entree, we chose the beef tenderloin with a mushroom risotto and grilled vegetables, was fantastic. Everything was prepared to perfection, we were pampered with extras and our wine glasses never ran empty. From start to her divine panna cotta dessert, we felt like royalty and Leslie and Janet made sure we had no want. To add to all of this: Leslie left my kitchen squeaky clean, dishwasher running and I had nothing to do but to enjoy the rest of our evening. She did all of this for a cost that is less than taking a group out to dinner at a nice restaurant. Sounds too good to be true? It's true. I would recommend Leslie to anyone who wants to entertain in style and enjoy the evening with friends rather than having to stand in the kitchen all night. Thank you Leslie for an unforgettable evening! We can't wait to see you again and taste more of your divine food!"
