"Not sure why this place gets any kind of bad reviews. We love it! It’s new, sometimes mistakes happen but they always correct them I’ve maybe only had one mess up in the 12 times we have ordered there now. I was in on Wednesday morning this week with 2 gentleman at the counter and they were so kind and just awesome full of smiles!! I will say at times the younger folk working (everyone deserves a chance to learn) they can be distracted and forget a few things. I do know a few people not teenagers that applied and never heard anything back…I can see the points in some of the reviews maybe based on that but I would encourage people to certainly go back! We always get poke bowls and açaí and they are the best poke bowls we have had in this area and unique and I feel are fair portioned for the price! And not to mention the cookie butter açaí!!! The best!!! A special thank you to the 2 gentlemen on Wednesday! Your energy and kindness will take you far! Thank you for being so awesome!"

"Update: they refunded us our money. Thank you for that. Service and atmosphere are lovely, very relaxed. However, this is about the mango milk tea with tapioca boba that we ordered. We got 2, paid about $14 for both. The taste was honestly so bad I couldn't believe this is what we were tasting, we even switched drinks just to make sure, but it was the same. It was bland, with a bitter after taste, medicinal, and chalky like it hadn't been mixed properly. We struggled to finish this, and I'm genuinely wondering if we picked the wrong thing because I can see that this place has good reviews. We didn't have food here, but it has definitely turned us off because at these rates you'd expect something yummy, but this was bad. I still have the bitter after taste in my mouth and I don't think we will be returning. I don't recommend the mango milk tea... it doesn't even taste like a proper mango unfortunately."

"First of all Liz is amazing!!!!!! She deserves a raise or bonus of some sort! She was so sweet and patient with us as we figured out what we wanted and she explained all the menu options! Her 10/10 customer service alone is a reason to visit!! If I owned a business I would literally offer her a job (unfortunately I don’t own a business) she is just incredible! The food was delicious!! Just look at the presentation of that food, and it tastes even better!! So healthy and yummy! The atmosphere is so cute and relaxing!! I will be visiting there every Saturday that I can and bringing all my friends!!!"

"mobile Ordered my food at 6:30pm said would be ready by 6:35-6:45 and it’s now been 10 mins over my order still isn’t ready. Customers ordered food as I arrived at store they sit ate their food and finished before mine is even close being ready. Disappointed af. 7:00pm still waiting. Looks like just finishing up, so this order took 30 minutes to make them for just 2 bowls and 2 drinks. Under staffed or poorly managed. Food was a 2 out of 10 completely un fresh and rice was hard and the crab meat tasted like it was left over night will not be coming back"

"To start off, the service here was absolutely amazing. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and the place has such a home-like vibe that made me feel welcome. Jonathan and Sydney recommended the Oreo Cheesecake Milk Tea to me and it was delicious. The place is super clean and neat. Definitely coming back soon to try the Poke Bowls! This place is fantastic and they have definitely gained a new customer!"
