"Ordered delivery. Double Beef n Cheddar, Large Drink, Mozzarella sticks and some sliders. Between missing the drink, the sliders being cold, the mozarella sticks being cold and having no marinara sauce included, this was shaping up to be very disappointing. I was hoping the Beef n Cheddar would at least make up for the issues I had so far Sadly, The Double Beef n Cheddar was a MASSIVE disappointment. First problem, Is the Cheddar sauce in the room with us? cause it's not on my sandwich... it's not in the wrapper...I think we need a search party for it. Second problem, The amount of beef on this sandwich BARELY qualifies it to be a normal Beef n Cheddar and if this is the supposed proportions for a DOUBLE, then wow times really are getting worse. I'm perplexed as to how one can miss the entire point of a DOUBLE Beef & CHEDDAR and I honestly love the lack of energy from whoever prepared this sandwich, cause go girl, Give absolutely nothing at all."

"Working retail during the holiday season, we have to serve our customers until late hours at night. This Arby's has one of the kindest team member I've ever had the pleasure to order from. The food was on point and hot, and despite being told to wait for my order (always wait for good food and service!!) It really was not much of a wait at all! My appreciation for attentive and not to mention sweet-natured service knows no bounds from my experience after a long and stressful shift at work. Thank you!!!!"

"I was craving Arby's beef and cheddar with cheddar fries. I get home to what tasted like a dry, burnt yesterdays bun with almost no Arby's sauce and no cheese! Not to mention the bun was not an onion roll. No extra Arby's sauce was offered or in bag. My fries were all little old pieces of burnt fries. I called and the manager was very kind and understanding and offered a free meal! I pray when I return the food will be better and I will check before I leave. I love Arby's come on guys step up ya game!"
