"All I have to say is that we have driven to Miami for Nica food, never again, this was amazing and the prices were great, clean, great service!! Can't wait to dig in the small left overs!!"
"It’s a brand new place, the food is great, yeah the service is a bit slow, but you can always called the people to come over, they are all brand new, but over all the food was great… As always we Nicaraguan are the worst people for other Nicas with bad review without giving new businesses the benefit of the doubt."
"The meat was tough, not seasoned. The rice and beans did not taste fresh."
"First timer. Came because we are Nicaraguan and live in Naples, found this place doing a google search and saw it had good reviews. The service is very slow. They come for your drink order, disappear for like 10 mins, come back dont ask if you're ready and leave for another 10 mins. It was probably 25-30min before they realized we hadnt ordered yet. The menu was pretty limited yet we saw a lot of people getting off-menu items like tacos and enchilada, i guess you gotta be a regular to be in the know. We ordered two carne asada dishes. My husband and i had a completely different experience. My meat was a huge piece of pellejo (fat and chewy) but my rice, salad, and fried cheese were good. My husband's meat was better but he didnt like the burnt after taste. His cacao was grainy. We're definitely disappointed since we were excited to have a place nearby but we'd rather travel the 2hrs to Miami for some quality fritanga."
"Friendly staff, but little variety, we asked for slices and they said they didn't have them, the nacatamales had already run out, it was a Friday. We ordered roast beef, the cheese didn't seem fried, like it had been roasted and the taste was bad. The roast meat was very burnt and had little flavor, as was the gallo pinto. For the high price, the food was honestly not good. I was disappointed, in the state where I live there are no Nicaraguan food places. I thought the food would be good because of the good comments I saw in the reviews."
