"Waited 15 minutes in the DT, to then come inside and pay and was met with immediate attitude by the lady at the counter, after essentially arguing with her about paying inside, she then tried to use the excuse they only had 3 employees, and when I asked for a refund they told me they couldn’t refund it and had to wait for someone who wasn’t there."
