"This is the worst burger King I have ever been to on 52 in Hudson, FL. I live close and everytime I go the lines are long but this time there was no one in the dining room and the manager Crystal was on her cell phone just chatting away and today her kids were running around the dining room and even though there was no one in the dining room, I waited for 10 minutes for her to get off her phone and then I asked who are these kids she said they are mine. Then she left the counter after I asked her that and she never came back to serve me so after another 15 minutes I left."
"Food was okay and all correct but the atmosphere was tense since poor December was practically by herself. It was backed up because of that, not the first time there weren’t enough people. I rated hung because no matter how tense it was December was powering through but I hope management sucks a bit less and puts people in when it’s needed rather than saving a little money."
"People were super nice, sadly my order was incorrect. I ordered 2 double whoppers, and when I got home my friend and I got single whoppers. I didn't call them or go back, but as my first experience at that store, it was mixed. The staff seemed very chill, but the order accuracy was mixed. They also forgot ranch with my chicken fries, but I know that is just a minor mistake."
"I come here all the time to get ice cream and burgers. Alex and kat are always working hard and staying attentive and on top of everything going on. They are always super helpful and help not only the costumers but also the employees who work under them."
"I was at the store recently. Like usual I ordered coffee and sat down, this is my choice location because the staff and store treat me well. But anyways, I sat next to two grumpy vets both with walkers, and they were talking so highly of the employees, food, and service as well. Wow, I'm so proud of my sis who just so happens to be an employee of this fine establishment. YOU GO SIS, YOU MAKE FATHER PROUD!!"
