"We scheduled a appointment with Jackson Hewitt 4 weeks in advanced. We arrived 15 minutes early to complete any paperwork. It was at this time we where told of the line of walk-ins we had to wait for to have their taxes done. 45 minutes after 3 we where called back to start our taxes. At this point we learned they where not giving the 1600 they tempted us over from hnr block the year before.. Do your self a favor go to the competitor's. The location makes it even that much worst. Lack of turning lanes accompanied with a corner lot really creates a issue."
