"Paid for screen protector, but the wrong one was put on a new phone voiding warranty. Update returned June 4th would not fix wrong screen protector unless I paid $15 more. Do not go here! 6/25 Went in there again. I was told the price went up and could not fix the mistake they made. Malfeasance"
"The representative Saliq at this AT&T location is legit!! After going to the original store in which I procured my service they were closed at 11:00 a.m. on a Monday!! Saliq resolved several issues professionally and I will most certainly seek him out for any future changes needed. One of the BEST phone rep encounters I've had in 25 plus years!!!"
"Went in for a simple pay as you go plan for my short stay in Florida. The rep Jacen initially told me it was 45 dollars and then as I agree to that starts to add fees that racked up my plan to 75.00. The worst part is that he acted surprised that these charges existed. The first one was activation fee, then a minimum charge on the phone to make it work. When I asked for a refund, he said it’s already been activated so I can’t. This is totally unfair and had he said the price at the start I would have either went elsewhere or knew what I was going to pay. I also heard the manager over the phone tell him he could have waived the activation fee. This is terrible service."
