"Employees that get to chill and complain. They are always low on inventory. Maybe 2 out of the 6-8 employees are actually good at communicating here. Their negative attitude shows thru their body language and tone of voice."

"Horrible customer service. Always understaffed and low inventory. The male I encountered today (after waiting 35 mi ) was more interested in his lunch than assisting me. Needless to say, that’s where I bought both my phone and watch, and I WILL NEVER return to that store again. Been there 4 times for a screen saver replacement, and they are “always out”. Stay away from that store. There are many T-Mobile stores with better and friendlier employees."

"Ask for Danny! My wife and I came to T-Mobile to discuss switching from another provider to lower our monthly bill. Even though there was a line, we were still kindly greeted by two of the employees who were working with customers and were told they’d be with us shortly. Danny was really polite and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and was up front about any additional fees so we weren’t blindsided halfway through the process. He was patient with us while we took time to decide if we wanted to switch providers. Danny made sure the transition went smoothly and that our new phones and watches mirrored the set up from our old devices so we had nothing to worry about or figure out on our own when we got home. So far we haven’t had any issues with lack of coverage or slow internet speed. If you come to this store ask for Danny, he’ll make sure you’re getting the best service and deal."
