"The pharmacy mishandled a very important prescription of mine. Instead of staying a few minutes late to fix their mistake, they refused to help me and told me to go to the emergency room on Christmas Eve to get my prescription filled because they decided to close down instead of taking the time to fix their error and make sure I got the prescription I needed."

"Worst pharmacy ever!!! I work in the medical field and to call in a script for patients is awful, its always a 15 minute hold with rude people in between. As a patient, I never get my scripts on time and pharmacy staff are always rude. Ill go to any other pharmacy"

"Waited 2 minutes in the DT before I ring the call button. They said I'll be right with you. 5 minutes later, a women (Asian) in a white lab coat came, said something, I gave her my full name and she left. I assumed she was getting my meds. 5 minutes passes by. I see them helping 3 more people inside. So finally i rang the bell button again. Another woman comes a couple of minutes later to help. Normally I go inside, but I had my 9 months baby trying to fall asleep and over 10 minutes in a DT lane was too much."

"I went in this morning for my flu shot and made clear to the girl that helped me that I needed a copy of the documents for school, she said call back in 24hrs for the system to update the information. When I called they told me it wasn’t ready and that it could take several days but that I could come in so they could write what I needed on my receipt. My complaint is the misinformation and how they could have saved me a trip to the store if the staff was well informed. It’s 2023 time is gold and it’s upsetting how mine got wasted for something that it could have been done at the time I got the shot."

"You should have your cooler checked out or quit being cheap and tun it down. The milk and coffee creamer is spoiled tasting because your cooler not cold enough for milk or dairy products. Went to get photos printed from my phone like I have done for years and from this location I have had photos printed from my phone to the computer to have photos printed 9 different times. I asked the RUDE little girl that’s still wearing a mask for what reason I don’t know but told me I couldn’t have photos printed. Well looks like CVS getting my business not dealing with RUDE employees."
