"Horrible customer service no one is on the same page. Literally drove 25 minutes to pick up my laptop on two different occasions and both times laptops not ready. After being told on the phone and in email that it was ready. On the second occasion my laptop is not even at the store. No consideration for customers time at all. I will definitely go to geek squad next time for more professionalism. They are worth the extra money they charge at geek squad!"
"The IT guys here are the best. Extremely patient with older (less tech-savvy customers, informative and professional. If a repair is not in your best interest, they are honest up front and save you money. They recently were able to save 10 years of files from my laptop that was destroyed. It looked like it would be impossible, but I now have everything on a flashdrive. I expected the worst but they worked diligently to prevail. They rescued me from a disaster and I am forever grateful. Every business should hire people that are this well-trained and have such great customer service skills. I also purchased a refurbished laptop there. It was a pleasure having questions answered - unlike all the larger stores!
