"Jay was amazing. The customer service call center somehow left me with no service instead of fixing an intermittent Internet issue with my device. I walked into this store and Jay was multitasking between customers and was still super pleasant at the same time. Customer service is one of my biggest pet peeves and Jay embodies great customer service. Not only did he fix my connectivity issue, but he impressed me so much that I just had to leave this review. AT&T keep this one and promote from within!"

"Went in yesterday to get my first net service set up. The gentlemen working here were super knowledgeable and eager to help. By far the smoothest experience I’ve ever had when transitioning to a new carrier. Highly recommend this store."

"I came in to pick up a phone for an online order and they ended up having so many issues, so I ended up at the store for several hours during a work day. Meanwhile, the store associate canceled my online order (new phone + new line) due to tech issues and created a new in-store order multiple times due to more tech issues. Now, I’m not sure if there were actual issues or if the associate was trying to make an in-store purchase. This created a massive problem in our account and has caused us so many issues two months later. I’m not sure what happened when she made these changes, but now there are an additional 2 EXTRA lines on our account that we did not authorize. It has been an incredibly frustrating time trying to remove these from our account and working with AT&T. The customer service associates over the phone haven’t been helpful and this massive issue has taken too much time to resolve (time that we do not have). This all started when I came into this store and the associated made too many changes and cancelations that clearly did not process properly. While they were nice, it’s clear they did not know what they were doing and as a result, we are having to deal with a large issue that will have to be escalated. We’re incredibly disappointed and frustrated with AT&T and the issues that originated with this store. Avoid this store if you can."

I came in for a new iPhone due to my speakers no longer working...instead of just selling me a new one, she told me about the new iPhone 15 coming out in a month and got me EarPods to resolve my issue temporarily!
