"Dillard's has a wide selection of ladies clothing and accessories, which is what I shopped there for most recently. I do find the clothing area hard to navigate because it is divided by sizing type (petite, women's) but also by designer collection (Calvin Klein) and function (sportswear, dresses). If you are between sizing groups (16 misses/14W etc.) or not exactly sure what you want (a suit, a dress) it is very difficult to find everything that is available to you. The staff are all nice and tried to be helpful and find things that would work, but also leave me alone when I just want to browse. Allow extra shopping time if you want to thoroughly check out all your options."
"Excellent service tonight by Frank as he assisted me with trying on multiple suits and took the time to be attentive with every question I had. Frank showed extreme patience and respect as I came in a half hour before the store closed. I appreciate his assistance."

"I had my Photo Booth at this Dillard’s for their VIP night and the entire staff is so cohesive and friendly. The regulars raved about their favorite associates. They had the best Santa and Mrs. Clause for the event too. Everything is so well run. The store is clean, and I had to go along the wall for the outlets! I live all of the details in the displays!! I went back and shopped and found perfect clothes for my teenage boys for Christmas gifts! My boys were impressed with the brands that the associate had suggested to me. When I went back, it was so fun seeing familiar faces! I will be a regular now too!"
"I was in need of a new bra. Went to the lingerie department which is where I met Kim. She was so helpful as far as size and style of the bra I needed. Well needless to say I left satisfied with my purchase. Dillard is very lucky to have a caring employee took extra time to help me. I also met Amanda who was another great associate"
