"Bad experience at Jackson Hewitt. No paperwork, not able to see what I signed, no clue what she did on my taxes. Asked me one question charged me 600 for 30 min and a refund in 6 weeks. Don't waste your time, They had me sign was one time and she said nothing as to what it was and did not show me any documents. She did not go over my forms with me or tell me my AGI or what credits or anything. Not friendly and didn't talk at all to me. I hate leaving bad reviews for anyone, but as a former employee of them for five years I was shocked at the changes since then. Probably won't get the referral cash. Darn."
