"IF I could give 0 zero stars.. I would. The absolute worst experience ever. I brought my phone in on Tuesday for a replacement.. was told it'll take 1-2 days to receive the replacement at the store and I am now going on day 5 without a phone. Unacceptable, was told now I have to wait until Monday the following week to even get my phone back to go some where else. Everyday I have called to check on my phone replacement and everyday its "we don't know what the hold up is or it has never taken this long before" & yet I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY PHONE. Will never choose your company to help me with anything again!"

"If you need your iPhone repaired, this isn’t the place. I made an appointment through Apple to have my son’s battery replaced in his iPhone. We made the 45 minute drive to the store and when we drop the phone off, we were informed they would have to ship the phone to Apple for repair because they don’t keep the needed battery in stock. I understand the phone is a couple years old and it’s probably not cost effective to keep that specific battery in stock. The whole point of making an appointment locally was to have it repaired the same day. I could have easily shipped the phone to Apple myself and saved myself the drive and gas. A phone call from the store would have been appreciated."

"How is it possible to have someone say "We need to run a diagnostic on it" to a power button that is stuck and is apparently broken? Also, these "experts" said my motherboard was bad and my RAM slots were not working. Also, I was told by these "experts" that my computer would not stay on when the motherboard was being tested. So, I bought a new case just for the power button and new power supply and put it back together. Miraculously, my motherboard RAM slots are working along with the rest of the computer. I am glad that this place has "experts"."

"Brought in my 2019 MacBook Air to get the screen fixed (cat vs computer mishap, cat won) they completely fixed the issue and did so in a super fast manner keeping us informed about what was happening with my computer. They also explained certain things to us which eased my mind about the process. Definitely recommend if you are needing Apple fixes. Pictured is the before and after being fixed"
