"I’ve never been so disappointed in a fast food experience as I was at this Culver’s location. The chicken itself was dry and tasteless, but that wasn’t the worst part. The real issue was the incredibly rude shift leaders. They were dismissive, unprofessional, and downright rude to both customers and their own staff. I was met with a sarcastic remark and an eye roll. It’s clear the management has no interest in customer service. If you’re thinking of stopping by for a quick meal, save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. This place has lost my business for good."

"This restaurant just opened a couple of months ago so I hope they are still working on their process. Ordered a hamburger tonight no fries or drink. Paid $7 plus and it was awful and burnt."

"Great burgers, made to order. Hot, fresh and delicious. The cheese curds were actually very good. The concrete mixers are fantastic. Friendly staff. Good meal, fair prices, no complaints. Would recommend."

"Culver’s is very good! I have come on two separate occasions and got the butter burger, cheese curds, pretzel bites, and the Turtle sundae. Everything I’ve had so far I’ve really enjoyed. Huge shout out to the in-house made rootbeer - it’s very good! The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is really nice. I’ll definitely be back"

"Tried Culver's for the first time. Ordered online because the location was super close to Sun Outdoors where we stay each summer. I arrived exactly when the confirmation said food would be ready. A polite young man with a smile shadowed only by the magesticness of his beard brought my food out promptly. It was hot, fresh and delicious. This is how fast food should be. Excellent!"
