"Melissa was the best server we had our entire stay in Orange Beach. She was so kind, attentive, easy to talk to and had us smiling the whole time. The food was amazing. The singer (we didn’t get his name) should really be playing on big stages. What a beautiful voice. Our favorite dining experience on this vacation."

"I honestly don't know why Carvers isn't totally packed every night, but I am glad we have never had to wait for a table. The food is incredibly good and the service is impeccable. We went with friends to celebrate my retirement. Absolutely everything was perfect. From the minute we were seated our server Audrey was helpful and attentive. Our drinks were perfectly prepared. We ordered the blow torch bacon appetizer- you have to try it to believe it! It's not always on the menu but it is always available. 2 of us had the cedar planked salmon which was wonderful. The other 2 had steaks that were tender and delicious. Finding good steak in our area is hard as most restaurants here focus on seafood. For dessert we shared the hot apple crumble with ice cream. Our entire experience was a 10 out of 10! Highly recommend."

"This place was a fantastic find! My wife and I had our final dinner of our honeymoon here, and when we come back to Gulf Shores, we will be eating here. The service was excellent, and the live music was great. The ambiance and decor justify the fine dining prices, but you can also come in just getting off the water and not feel out of place"

"This was our first time at Carver’s Steakhouse and we were very pleased. Our server, Brooklyn, was extremely nice and helpful. The service was quick and efficient. The lobster bisque was very good and our steaks were prepared just right and large enough to share. The live entertainment was also very good. A pleasant mix of songs and not so loud as to drown out conversation. A very pleasant experience."

"This was our second choice for dinner as the other restaurant had a 2.5 hour wait. This place was nice with live music; nice to listen to but not overpowering. The service here was phenomenal. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. We all enjoyed our meal. I ordered a chop burger. My son had the 8 oz sirloin and it was cooked to perfection. The shrimp Caesar salad was a little overpriced. Twenty dollars for a salad with three pieces of shrimp feels a little pricey. Overall good experience."
