Reviews
"The Erie Canal cruise in Herkimer has been on my bucket list for years, and I finally did it on a 10:30 boat ride. The crew was super nice. Sat outside for the best view and was still able to hear the recording and the captain’s info about history and facts. Being in lock 18 while it filled and again while it drained were so cool. The boat ride was peaceful. Glad it is still around to experience."
"Fantastic experience. The captain was very knowledgable about the history of the canal and boating in the US in general. He’s a real character, too. Highly recommended."
"Very enjoyable experience, crew was funny and knowledgeable. Cruise is short enough for kids, going thru lock is fun. Boat was very comfortable. Witnessed an unusual rainbow on a sunny day, pictured."
"The sight seeing tour was very interesting and fun. The captain and co captains did an excellent job. Snacks could be purchased with cash on board. The ship was clean. The experience was great."
