"I visited the Utica SDA Church thrice (2011, 2015, and 2021). The first visit was nice because guest Pastor Hyacinth Williams gave a sermon there. The second visit left me confused: While many parishioners were very friendly and kind, some persons on the podium seemed determined to criticize a person repeatedly. I found the second visit to be eye opening, in a bad way. Now I visited the church in for the third time. I appreciate the prayer for those who are spiritually weak. And the pastor's sermon on Daniel was superb. But once again, the "bad apples" who are also church members try to steal people's joys. I pray for the haters to stop hating and for the scoffers to stop scoffing at anybody."
